I wanted to thank you for your great cookbook, “Gluten Free Casein Free for Kids”. This book has been such a wonderful thing our family. We absolutely adore the recipes and I love that I can prepare them for anyone. I love that these are things you make for your own family – that’s the best endorsement of a recipe.

One great example is Grandma’s Best Chocolate Cake. That has become our standard birthday cake and it is the closest in taste and texture to a wheat cake that I’ve ever found. It also stands up wonderfully to cake decorating. JR

Just wanted to let you know how much I am enjoying the baking recipes. Everything I have tried has produced good results and my kids have given the thumbs up! I have never had good results with Betty Hagmann’s bread recipes but your spin on it makes it work. I look forward to more recipes through the years, I have been able to fine tune different recipes but just never had the knack with breads.

My husband thought GFCF food meant everything taste like cardboard, well your recipes have proven him wrong! I used a few of these recipes for a co-op potluck and NO ONE knew the difference and all loved it!! Thanks for taking the fear out of and putting the "yum" into cooking GFCF!! You certainly have a nice collection of good recipes. And the flour mixtures are very helpful. We made the Macaroon Hugs and Kisses yesterday, and they're wonderful!
