Expansion in process 

Dear Customers,

 I wanted to let you know of  some major changes that I am going to make over the next few months.  I have decided to close my retail store on September 1st. The store I have now is too small for me to expand my baking capabilities through automation which I must do in order to increase my supply and meet the demand. Therefore, I am in the planning stages of opening a large Gluten Free wholesale bakery by October.  Unfortunately, I am unable to keep the current bakery/café up and running during this transition period.  I have secured a 3,000+ sq ft food grade facility which we will be expanding into during September.  I have advertised the sale of the McDonald location (assets). If anyone is interested in this opportunity, please contact me directly via phone or email.  

Next, here are how the changes will affect you. I will keep you informed as to where you can buy my products. I will let you know who will be carrying my items in your area via email and my website. As I add store locations you will be notified. If there is a store you would like me to contact to be a distributor, let me know and I will do my best to add them.

A second change occurring over the next several months will be opening the online ordering and shipping of my baked goods nationwide starting in October.  Look for more details to come.

My goal has always been to provide my customers with the finest quality of gluten free food. That remains my goal only this time instead of you having to come to me I want to be able to bring it to you. Even though many of you will no longer see me “physically” baking anymore please know that I will still be working just as hard baking for you. I will keep you updated as changes take effect. Right now I foresee multiple stores carrying my products starting during the month of October.
